PROTEIN SHAKES

CHUNKY MONKEY
3/4 frozen banana
4-5 ice cubes
1/2 scoop chocolate protein
1-2 tbsp PB2
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Blend and Enjoy

BROWNIE BATTER
1 banana
1/2 ripe avocado
2 scoops protein powder
3 tbsp dark cocoa powder
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 cup canned coconut milk
3/4 cup water
Pinch of salt

Directions
Blend until smooth and Enjoy

BIRTHDAY CAKE
1/2 cup chopped frozen banana
1/4 - 1/2 cup skim or 1% milk
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tsp vanilla
A few drops of almond extract
1 tsp maple syrup
Sprinkles (optional)

Directions
Blend and Enjoy.
Add more milk until desired consistency it met.

ALMOND JOY
1 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 frozen banana
2 tbsp creamy almond butter
2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp chia seed
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup ice cubes

Directions
Place in blender and pulsate a few times.
Blend on medium high until smooth.

FROSTED SUGAR COOKIE
1 cup milk
1/4 cup raw oats
1/4 tsp butter flavoring extract
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 cups ice
Pinch of salt

Directions
Blend until smooth.

HOMEMADE SHAKE
1 banana
150 g Greek yogurt
100 mL skim milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tsp cinnamon (or to taste)

Directions
Blend until smooth
Add more milk for desired consistency
